Find your problem
Start with the table. Some things are answered on a page already; the rest need the desk, and the third column says what to send so you aren't asked for it twice.
| What is happening | Where to go | Have ready |
|---|---|---|
| ID or password rejected at login | The desk on WhatsApp | Exchange name, ID typed exactly, screenshot of the error |
| Deposit made, balance unchanged | The desk, after reading the deposits page | Transfer screenshot with reference number |
| Withdrawal requested, nothing yet | Why a withdrawal is late, then the desk | Date of request, amount as shown in your account, exchange name |
| Want to try before depositing | Demo cricket ID page | Which exchange you want to see |
| Not sure which exchange to pick | Compare exchanges | Nothing, just read |
| A site or number looks wrong | Safety page and official channels | Screenshot of the site or chat |
| Forgot which exchange your ID is on | The desk | The mobile number the ID was issued to |
What to send the desk
The desk handles five exchanges from one chat, so the first thing it needs is which one you mean. After that, the order below saves a round of back-and-forth.
- Name the exchange. "Laser247" or "Reddybook" in the first line, not "my ID".
- Paste the ID as issued. Copy it from the message where you received it. Retyping is where capitals and zeros go wrong.
- Say what you did and what you saw. "Entered ID and password, got Invalid user" is enough. One sentence.
- Attach the screenshot. Of the error, or of the transfer if it is a deposit question. Crop nothing.
- Wait in the chat. The desk often has to ask the exchange and come back. Sending the same message again pushes yours down the queue.
What the desk will not need
Your password. Any OTP. Your card details. If you are asked for any of these, you are not in the desk chat; check the number against the official channels page before you type another word.
What we can and cannot do
It helps to know where the desk's reach ends, because it saves you waiting for something that was never going to arrive from us.
- Issue a new ID or a demo ID for any of the five exchanges and send the login link.
- Confirm the current deposit route and the current figures, in the chat, at the time you ask.
- Chase a deposit or withdrawal with the exchange and relay the reply.
- Tell you whether a site or number that contacted you is anything to do with the desk.
What the desk cannot do is see inside your account. Balances, bet history, settled and unsettled markets all live with the exchange. The desk also can't reverse a bet, change a market result or move money between two exchanges. Those are exchange decisions, and the exchange's own rules apply. If a question is really about how a market settled, the guide to back, lay and session markets may answer it faster than anyone can.
Before you message
Two minutes here often removes the need to message at all.
- Log out and back in once. A stale session causes more "invalid" errors than wrong passwords do.
- Check the address bar. Copycat login pages look identical and fail every time, because they were never connected to anything.
- Look at the transfer status in your banking app. "Pending" on your side means nothing has reached anyone yet.
- Read the glossary if a word on the exchange screen is the problem.
The desk is the fastest route for anything about a live ID. Email suits questions you want a written answer to, and the contact page says what to include in either case.
