Where the online cricket id whatsapp number comes from
The number you should message is the one behind every green button on this site. It is the same number whichever page you press it on, and it is the only number we publish. Our official channels page lists it alongside the contact email so you can cross-check.
Do not take the number from anywhere else. Not from a forwarded message, not from a comment under a video, not from a search result that happens to mention an exchange. Copycats publish their own numbers and dress them up with the same logos. If you have already messaged a number you found elsewhere, read our page on copycat sites and fake desks before you send anything more.
One habit is worth forming on day one. Save the desk number in your contacts under a name you will recognise. From then on, any message about your ID that arrives from an unsaved number has already failed the first test, and the missing name is your warning before you read a word.
How the chat usually goes
We answer these chats all day, so this is the real shape of one. Yours may skip a step or two.
- You open with the exchange and your name. One line is plenty. If you have not chosen an exchange, say that instead and the desk asks a couple of questions to point you somewhere sensible.
- The desk confirms your mobile number and your age. The number you are chatting from is normally the one the ID gets tied to. The desk also asks you to confirm you are 18 or older and checks that it can serve your location.
- You decide between a demo and a live ID. If you want to look around first, ask for a demo cricket ID. If you are ready to fund, the desk explains the deposit route.
- You send the deposit and the screenshot. UPI and bank transfer are the usual routes. The desk gives the current details in the chat. Our UPI screenshot guide shows what the screenshot needs to include.
- The desk sends your login. Username and login link arrive in the same chat. You set your password on the platform, not in WhatsApp.
From there the chat becomes your support line. Deposits, withdrawals, a forgotten username, a question about a market: same chat, same number.
Messages you can copy
You do not need to write anything clever. These four cover almost every first message we receive. Replace the bracketed parts and send.
New ID
Hi, I would like a new [exchange name] ID. My name is [your name] and this is my number. I am over 18.
Demo first
Hi, could I try a demo ID for [exchange name] before I deposit? Name: [your name]. I am over 18.
Deposit sent
Hi, I have made the deposit for my [exchange name] ID. Screenshot attached. Please confirm when it is credited.
Login problem
Hi, my [exchange name] ID [username] is not logging in. I am messaging from the registered number. Can you check?
Notice what is missing from all four. No password, no OTP, no card details. If you feel the urge to add them to be helpful, do not. The desk will never need them.

What the desk will ask, and what it never asks
Knowing this list is the single best protection against a fake desk. A real chat stays inside the left column.
| The desk will ask for | The desk never asks for |
|---|---|
| Which exchange you want | Your password, for any reason |
| Your name | An OTP sent to your phone |
| Your mobile number, usually the one you are chatting from | Your UPI PIN or card number |
| Confirmation that you are 18 or older | A fee, hold or advance to release the ID |
| A deposit screenshot after you have paid | Payment to a second number that appears mid-chat |
| Your username when you need support | Access to your phone through a screen share or remote app |
If a chat crosses into the right column
Stop replying. Do not argue, do not send a test amount, do not share a screenshot of your screen. Check the number against our official channels page and, if it does not match, block it. If you have already paid, our safety page has the steps to take next, and you can also write to us at info@healerpreneur.com.
After the ID arrives
Log in once from your phone browser while the chat is still open, so any typo in the username can be fixed on the spot. Type the username exactly as sent, capitals included. Set a password you have not used anywhere else.
Then save the chat. Do not delete it to tidy your phone. It is the record of who issued your ID and what deposit route you were given, and it is where you go for every question afterwards. Our help page explains what the desk can sort out and what needs the exchange itself.
Why a chat sometimes stalls
Most hold-ups have a plain cause. The deposit screenshot is cropped and the reference is missing. The name on the payment does not match the name given in the chat. The mobile number typed in the message differs from the number you are chatting from. Or the desk is working through a queue during a big match and has not reached you yet.
The fix in every case is the same. Stay in the one chat, answer what the desk asks, and resist the urge to message other numbers. Two open chats about the same ID slow everything down and, worse, one of them may not be us.
If the problem is money already sent and not yet showing, our deposits and withdrawals page explains what the desk checks before it confirms a credit.
