A reader messaged us with a question we hear in some form most days. What the desk will never ask you for
- Your password. The desk sets the first one and hands it over; after that it does not need it.
- An OTP or any one-time code from your phone.
- A screenshot of your bank or UPI app login screen.
- A remote-access app, screen share or any file to install outside the chat.

Login and app notes
The desk sends the login link with your ID. Type the username exactly as it appears, capitals included, and save the link the desk gave you rather than searching for it later. Skyexchange runs in a normal mobile browser, so nothing needs installing to get started. If the desk has an app build for your phone, ask for it in the chat and install only what the desk sends. One more habit worth keeping. If you get logged out mid-session, log back in from your saved link. Do not accept a new link from any number other than the one on our official channels page.
Who it suits

It also suits anyone who wants to learn exchange betting on a demo first.
