Those four boxes are deliberately free of numbers. We run ID desks for several exchanges and the limits move often enough that a figure printed here would mislead someone within weeks. The desk reads you the live figure when you ask, and that is the one to trust.
How a cricket id deposit works
A deposit is a payment from your account to the exchange, arranged by the desk, that shows up as balance on your ID. It is not a subscription and it is not a fee. It is your own money moved onto the platform so you can place bets.
- Ask in the chat. Say you want to deposit and name the exchange if you hold more than one ID. The desk replies with the current payment details and the minimum for that exchange.
- Pay by UPI or bank transfer. Use your own account, in the name that matches your ID. Paying from a friend or relative is the top cause of a credit being held.
- Send the screenshot. Uncropped, showing the amount, the reference and the status as successful. Our UPI deposit screenshot guide shows exactly what the desk needs to see.
- Wait for the confirmation. The desk matches your payment against what arrived, then tells you in the chat that the balance is credited. Log in and check.
Before you send any deposit
- The payment details arrived in the chat you opened from this site, not from a second number.
- The desk has told you the current minimum for your exchange.
- You are paying from an account in your own name.
- Nobody has asked for your UPI PIN, a password or an OTP.
- You have not been offered a bonus for paying to a different account.
If any line fails, pause and read our safety page first. Money sent to a copycat is very hard to recover.
What the desk checks before it confirms
The gap between your screenshot and the confirmation is not the desk being slow for the sake of it. It is looking at whether the amount matches, whether the reference on your screenshot matches what landed, whether the payer name matches the ID holder, and whether the payment has actually settled rather than sitting as pending. When all four line up, the credit is confirmed.
When one does not, the desk asks you for the missing piece. Answer it in the same chat. Sending the same screenshot again does not move things forward, and messaging other numbers about it is how people end up talking to someone who is not us.
How a withdrawal works
A withdrawal is the reverse trip. Balance on your ID becomes money in your UPI or bank account. The desk handles the request, and it pays only to an account in the same name as your ID. That single rule is what stops someone who has got hold of your login from draining your balance to their own account.
- Message from your registered number. Requests from any other number are not actioned, however good the reason sounds.
- State the amount and the destination. Give the UPI ID or the bank account and the name on it. The name must match your ID.
- Let the desk check the account. It looks at unsettled bets, open bonus conditions and whether the balance is available to withdraw. If anything is holding the request, it tells you what.
- Receive the payment and confirm. The desk tells you when it is sent. Check your account and reply that it has arrived, so the record is closed on both sides.
Timing depends on the exchange, the route and the time of day, so the desk gives you the current expectation when you ask rather than us printing one here. If it passes that expectation, our guide on why a withdrawal is late lists the usual causes in the order we see them.

Deposits and withdrawals by exchange
The desk side of the process is identical across the five exchanges we cover. What differs is the limits and the timings, which is exactly what we do not print. Use the table for the parts that hold steady and the chat for the rest.
| Exchange | How money is arranged | Usual routes | Current figures |
|---|---|---|---|
| Skyexchange | In the WhatsApp chat | UPI, bank transfer | Confirmed in the chat |
| Laser247 | In the WhatsApp chat | UPI, bank transfer | Confirmed in the chat |
| Lotus365 | In the WhatsApp chat | UPI, bank transfer | Confirmed in the chat |
| 11xplay | In the WhatsApp chat | UPI, bank transfer | Confirmed in the chat |
| Reddybook | In the WhatsApp chat | UPI, bank transfer | Confirmed in the chat |
Mistakes we see every week
- Paying to old details. Payment details can change. Ask for them each time rather than reusing a screenshot from last month.
- Paying from someone else's account. The name will not match and the credit is held until it is sorted out. Use your own account.
- Cropping the screenshot. The reference number is what the desk matches on. Cut it off and the desk has to ask.
- Requesting a withdrawal to a new account without saying so. A destination the desk has not seen before is checked more carefully. Mention it up front.
- Chasing on a second number. There is only one desk number, listed on our official channels page. Anyone else offering to speed things up is not us.
Keeping the money side calm
Deposits are quick to make and easy to repeat, which is the problem. Decide before the match how much you will put on the ID this week, and treat that as the ceiling. Our guide to setting your own limits shows a simple way to hold yourself to it, and our help page explains who to talk to if it has stopped feeling like a choice.
If you are still deciding whether to fund an ID at all, a demo cricket ID costs nothing and shows you the screen first.
