Contact

There are two ways to reach the people behind this site, and picking the right one gets you an answer faster. The WhatsApp desk handles anything about a cricket ID, from a new one to a late payout. Email handles corrections, copycat reports and anything you'd rather have in writing.

The WhatsApp desk

One number serves Skyexchange, Laser247, Lotus365, 11xplay and Reddybook, so open your message with the exchange you mean. Then say what you need in a line. If it's about an existing ID, paste the ID rather than retyping it. If it's a deposit, attach the screenshot. The WhatsApp page has messages you can copy for each situation.

The desk replies from the number you messaged, in the same chat. It does not call you, does not move you to another number and does not start conversations. If any of those happen, you are not talking to us.

Email

Write to info@healerpreneur.com. Put the page address in the subject if it's about a page, or the copycat domain or number if it's a report. A screenshot helps more than a description. Replies come from the same address.

Email is not the place to ask for an ID. The ID is tied to the mobile number that requests it, which is why it only happens in the chat.

Never send these, on either route

  • Your exchange password.
  • Any OTP or verification code.
  • Card numbers, CVV or net-banking credentials.

The desk never asks for them and cannot use them. Anyone who does ask is not the desk. Check the number against the official channels page and read the safety page before you reply.

Before you write

The help page sorts common problems into a table with what to have ready for each. Half the questions that reach the desk are answered there, and the other half go faster because the reader arrives with the exchange name, the ID and a screenshot already in hand.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which is faster, WhatsApp or email?

WhatsApp, for anything about an ID, a deposit or a withdrawal, because the desk checks with the exchange and replies while you are still in the chat. Email is for things you want written down. Neither route is faster if the exchange name is missing, so lead with it.

Can I get an ID by email?

No. IDs are issued only in the WhatsApp chat, tied to the mobile number you message from. An email asking for an ID gets a polite reply pointing you to the desk. The how-to page explains why the number matters.

I found a page with a mistake. Where do I send it?

Email, with the page address and the sentence in question. We check it with the desk and log any fix on the updates page.

Is there a phone line or an office address?

No. The desk works on WhatsApp and the editors work by email. Anyone offering a phone line, an office visit or a regional contact in our name is not us; see the official channels page.

Will you reply to a message that includes my password?

We will ask you to change it and tell you never to send it again, to us or anyone. The desk does not need it and never asks for it. The safety page explains what to do if you have shared it elsewhere.
