Reading the site
When you open a page, the server that hosts the site records the request in its access log, as every web server does. That log holds the address your connection came from, the page requested, the time and the browser type. We use it to keep the site running and to spot abuse. We do not use it to identify readers, and we do not combine it with anything else.
Our own code sets no cookies and loads no analytics. If we enable Google Analytics later, this page and the cookie policy will describe what it collects, and the updates page will carry the date it was switched on.
Messaging the desk
The desk lives on WhatsApp. When you message it, the desk sees your number, your WhatsApp profile name, what you type and any image you attach. It uses those to issue the ID for the exchange you named, tied to your number, and to help with deposits, withdrawals and login problems afterwards. The chat stays on the desk's device so that the next time you message, they know which ID is yours. WhatsApp itself handles the messages under its own privacy terms, which we do not control.
The desk never asks for your password, an OTP, a card number or your bank login, so none of those ever sit in a desk chat. If you send one anyway, the desk will tell you to change it. The WhatsApp page shows what a normal exchange of messages looks like.
What the desk passes to the exchange
Enough to create the ID and tie it to your mobile number. Once the exchange has created it, your account, balance and betting history are held by the exchange under its own rules. We do not receive that data back and cannot see inside your account.
Emailing us
Email to the address on the contact page is kept in our mailbox for as long as we need it to deal with your message and any follow-up. We reply from the same address. We do not add you to any list, because we do not run one.
Payment details
Deposits are arranged in the chat and go from you to the account the desk names, by UPI or bank transfer. The screenshot you send shows the desk that a transfer happened. We do not process payments, do not hold card or bank details, and there is no payment page on this site. The deposits page covers the process.
Sharing
We share what you send the desk with the exchange you asked for, to the extent needed to create and support the ID. We do not sell or rent anything to anyone. We do not share your details with other exchanges you did not ask for. If a law or court requires disclosure, we comply with it.
Your choices
- Ask what the desk holds about you by messaging from the same number.
- Ask us to delete a chat or an email once your ID matter is closed.
- Ask the exchange directly about anything held in your account, since we cannot reach it.
Changes
