The channel list
Keep this table open the first time you message the desk and compare what you see, character by character. It takes less time than reading this sentence.
| Channel | The real one | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Website | healerpreneur.com | Every page you are reading now, including this list |
| WhatsApp desk | Open the WhatsApp desk | New IDs for all five exchanges, demo requests, deposits, withdrawals, login trouble |
| info@healerpreneur.com | Corrections, copycat reports, anything you want on record | |
| Social profiles | None published. Any profile carrying our name is not ours. | Announcements, when we have any |
Nothing in this table changes quietly. When a channel is added or retired, the change goes on the updates page the same day and this table is edited to match.
Why there is only one desk
Readers sometimes expect five numbers for five exchanges. There is one. The people who run the desk issue IDs for Skyexchange, Laser247, Lotus365, 11xplay and Reddybook from the same chat, and you tell them which one you want in your first message. That is the whole reason the model works: one number to remember, one number to check against, and nowhere for a copycat to slip in between "the Lotus365 desk" and "the Skyexchange desk".
It also means an ID is never issued through a form on this site. There is no signup box, no login field and no payment page here. If you find yourself typing a password into anything that carries our name, you have left this site. The online cricket ID page explains the desk model from the reader's side, and the WhatsApp page shows what a normal chat looks like.
One desk, five exchanges, no middlemen
Nobody resells IDs on our behalf. Nobody "handles Reddybook for us". If a person or group claims to be an agent of this site, they are not, and the ID they offer is not one the desk will recognise.
Check a number in under a minute
- Open the desk from this page. Tap the WhatsApp button in the table above, not a link from a message or a group.
- Note the number WhatsApp shows. Write it down or screenshot it once. That is the desk.
- Compare it with any chat you already have. Same digits, same country code. One digit out is a different desk.
- Check who spoke first. The desk answers messages. It does not start them.
Do this once and you are done for good, because the desk number does not rotate between exchanges or between weeks. Longer checks for websites, logos and payment accounts are in the guide on spotting copycat exchange sites.
What the desk never asks for
Any one of these means you are not talking to the desk
- Your exchange password, current or new.
- An OTP or a code that arrived on your phone.
- A card number, CVV or net-banking login.
- A payment to "activate", "verify" or "release" an ID.
- An app installed from a file someone sent you.
- Screen-sharing or remote access to your device.
What the desk does ask for is short: the exchange you want, your mobile number and, at deposit time, a screenshot of the transfer. If you have already handed over something from the list above, the safety page tells you what to do in the next ten minutes, and the desk will want to hear about it.
Report a copycat
A screenshot and the number or address is all we need. Say where you came across it if you can. Reports go to the same two channels as everything else.
For a problem with your own ID rather than a report, the help page sorts problems by type. For anything else, the contact page explains which route is faster, and the about page says who is answering.
